Wiring on the chassis of DepthCharge

Isogrid skeletonized Aluminum belly pan to secure wiring and cut weight,

Sturdy and super spacious Robot Cart to transport the robot and hold the robot for maintenance.

4 DOF Modular Robot using actuators from Westwood Robotics, laser cut and powder-coated plates and wrapped Aluminum plates. 

Modular End Effector, that can be hot swapped by disconnecting one cable and 6 accessible screws

Operated and maintained the robotics' makerspace's lathe. Spend money and time to repair the lathe to keep it operational.

Turned a steel CIM motor cover on the lathe.

Turned a machinist hammer on the lathe out of steel and aluminum.

Turned a pen on the lathe out of a cedar wood branch and aluminum.

2024 Offseason Robot, super compact for a FRC robot at 20"x24" Frame, and a powerful flywheels.

Under the Bumper Intake and 0.25" thick 304 Steel bellypan for a super rigid chassis and low CG.

Battery housing and SB50 mounts.

Turned on the lathe out of Aluminum and steel.

Refurbished the top of the parts cart. Cut, sanded and oiled the new top.

Maintained and repaired a Bambu P1S for FRC. Had to buy and replace Extruder, Fans and Nozzles.
